Meet Dr. Haft
Brian I. Haft, M.D.
Dr. Haft has been treating eye patients as an ophthalmologist in Palm Beach County since 1988. He earned both his undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville, Florida. He graduated with high honors and participated in multiple research studies during his tenure at UF. He then moved with his family to Tampa, Florida, and completed his ophthalmology training at the University of South Florida (USF).
Starting Haft Eye Institute
Dr. Haft moved to Palm Beach County in 1988 and has been in the private practice of ophthalmology since that time. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Palm Beach Society of Ophthalmology. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has served as an active medical staff member, in the department of surgery, at the Wellington Regional Medical Center since 1990. Dr. Haft has been recognized by the State of Florida as an Expert Medical Advisor. On a personal note, Dr. Haft married his college sweetheart, Debbie, and together they have three adult children, Scott, Jessica, and Erica.
